Under normal use, the filtration system can keep the water in the spa clear.
The spa is not intended for washing. Skin products (creams, sunscreen, aftersun, tanners, oils, etc.) make the water cloudy. If necessary, please shower first to avoid contamination.
In case of serious soiling, we charge €200 in costs. It takes a few hours to change the water and bringing it back up to temperature involves quite a bit of energy costs.
