Not suitable for young people - This cottage is exclusively suitable for quiet stays of adults and families. Groups of young people, students, parties and sports teams are not allowed.
No alcohol or drug abuse - Drug use and excessive alcohol are not permitted.
Sound sensors - Noise sensors are available on site to detect noise pollution. They do not record, but they can report if there is a risk of noise pollution for the neighbors.
No smoking - Smoking in the house is not allowed, not even at an open window.

No candles - Candles are not allowed. There are battery candles available that you can use.

No open fire - Open fires are not permitted on site.
Only closed waste bags - Only closed garbage bags are allowed in the waste bin in the carport, because we have to take those bags separately to a municipal waste container.
Bring returnable bottles - No deposit bottles/cubes/crates may be left behind.
Report damage immediately - We would like to be informed immediately if anything is broken, damaged or dirty during the rental period. We can then repair it again for the next guests.
Clean the barbecue - The barbecue can be used, but must be cleaned afterwards.

No consumptions in the spa - To keep the water clean, it is not allowed to eat or drink in the bathhouse. Drinking water is allowed, but not in glass cups.
Spa water must remain clear - Under normal use, the filtration system can keep the water in the spa clear.

Maintenance access - If necessary, we can come to you for spa maintenance or necessary repairs and inspections. We will announce this in advance at a reasonable time.
Not liable for theft of personal belongings - We accept no liability for theft, loss or damage to personal belongings.
Bunk bed load maximum 90kg - The maximum load of the bunk beds in bedroom 2 is 90kg per bed.
No outside visitors - It is not permitted to receive or allow outside visitors to stay overnight without prior written permission.
Don't mess with equipment - It is not allowed to mess around with internet-connected equipment.
